About the Opportunity

MCB is seeking an experienced MRI Application Manager to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the MRI Software platform across the organization.

This role can be remote, but preference is for an on-site presence in Baltimore, MD.  The MRI Application Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of MRI as an enterprise platform supporting property management, lease administration, accounting, asset management, development, and corporate functions. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the MRI Application Manager will drive platform optimization, improve reporting capabilities, streamline business processes, and support the organization's continued growth through technology-enabled solutions.

Salary Range

$100,000 per year to $150,000 per year 


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the MRI Software platform.
  • Manage system configuration, security, workflows, reporting, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Partner with operational, accounting, leasing, development, and asset management teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support informed business decision-making.
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives, including new functionality, process improvements, and integration opportunities.
  • Provide advanced user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation across the platform.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners to support system enhancements and integrations.
  • Support data integrity, platform governance, and standardization efforts across the organization.
  • Drive user adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5)+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting MRI Software.
  • Experience managing enterprise business applications, including system administration, reporting, integrations, and end-user support.
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate operations and accounting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
