Job Summary:
Bay Area Behavioral Services has provided therapy and assessment services in the State of Florida since the Year 2000. Bay Area Behavioral Services currently employs 40 clinicians providing a multitude of services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Bay Area Behavioral Services is looking for individuals who want to be the very best clinicians possible. Bay Area Behavioral Services is currently looking for 2 experienced clinicians -bilingual (Spanish/English) or English speaking only to provide outpatient services to children, adolescents, and their families.

General Accountabilities:
Provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Counsels patients to help them decrease psychological symptoms and improve the overall quality of life.
Monitors, evaluates, and records client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan.
Modifies client treatment plans to comply with any changes in status.
Counsels family members to help them understand, deal with, and support the patient.
Attends and participates in staff development programs.

Job Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Specialties: Trauma and other disorders of childhood and adolescents.
Experience: Experience working with victims of abuse and neglect preferred.
