Psychotherapist
LGTC Group is a private, clinician-driven, comprehensive mental health service provider seeking to hire Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join a growing private mental health practice. Our team is comprised of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists.
We offer outpatient psychotherapy for clients with mild to moderate acuity and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for clients with higher acuity. A typical clinician at LGTC allocates two-thirds of his / her time in the outpatient setting and one-third in the Intensive Outpatient Program. An ideal candidate is passionate about their work and enjoys working with all age groups.
In-person and hybrid positions are available.
Psychotherapist's Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy.
- Coordinate care with other members of the patient’s care team and/or external providers.
- Document encounters in Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Qualifications:
- Must be independently licensed to provide mental health services in the state of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Must be able to learn and regularly use an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Strong knowledge base and experience with CBT and DBT preferred!
- Experience in the treatment of substance abuse and eating disorders is preferred
We sponsor H1 transfers or concurrent H1 employment.
