Position Summary


The primary responsibility of the position is to trade equity and fixed income securities on behalf of portfolio managers.  This responsibility entails executing directed trades, rebalancing accounts, maintaining and updating investment models, entering trades into various trading platforms, monitoring trades from execution to settlement, trade analysis, creation of daily trading activity logs, and resolving trading issues.  Related duties include coordinating the transfer of cash between main accounts and sub-accounts and processing capital calls and distributions for private equity investments.  Special projects may include, but are not limited to, investment research.




  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Thorough knowledge of financial markets and securities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines

  • Particularly strong attention to detail

  • The ability to exercise independent judgment

  • High energy and customer service oriented

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Bloomberg

  • Experience in the wealth management industry

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
