Community Impact Catalyst (Navigator)

Our client is seeking a highly- motivated and organized individual to play a key role in building asset- based communities and improving the overall social and emotional well- being of communities. This role will work closely with team members, citizen partners and partner organizations to implement strategies, initiatives and projects that align with the organization’s mission and support the organization’s goals. It is also an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of non- profit work while supporting the work of a local, community- based organization.

The ideal candidate:

â— Will have experience in outreach, recruitment and engagement and program or project management

â— Will have the proven ability to navigate complex systems and connect people to appropriate resources

â— Will have the ability to work both independently and with teams preferably in communities of color

â— Will have weekend and evening availability

â— Must be an effective communicator and have the ability to communicate through various channels

â— Must be self- motivated, self- organized, detailed oriented and able to multi- task and meet deadlines

â— Must have enthusiasm for the mission and vision of the organization

Responsibilities

â— Providing outreach, recruitment, follow- up and supportive services to increase access to resources that address the social, emotional, and health needs of community members

â— Navigating community systems and resources and providing meaningful connections to services to reduce barriers to access

â— Forming catalytic partnerships between key community assets and service and resource providers to ensure community needs are met

â— Collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

â— Support the overall mission of the organization

Hours:

This is a full time salaried position in a hybrid in- office/work from home environment.

Compensation:

$43,000/ year plus health and dental benefits, 401K
