Knowledge/experience:         HS diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years related experience, in a front desk - medical office setting. Must possess excellent   customer relations and communication skills.

Bilingual – English / Spanish is preferred for this position.


Responsible for greeting families / patients and coordinating their requests and appointments with appropriate staff members.  Management of appointment schedule for clinical providers, to include cancellations, routine inquires and patient check-in.  Electronic Medical Record data entry and other administrative duties.  Management of all front desk duties and client needs. Back-Up Call Center / Operator responsibility.
