Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

A multi-office transactional law firm with a focus on commercial real estate transactions seeks an experienced paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting, preferably assisting during commercial real estate closings.

Specific experience will include drafting and editing sale and loan documents, reviewing title search results, title commitment/policy preparation, due diligence and preparing and managing closing documents and binders. Ability to multi-task and achieve deft management of large numbers of documents and emails is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent job stability and references, work well in a team environment, be organized, reliable and hard working.
