L&R Shipping, Inc. is hiring CDL-A Solo Drivers to run home-daily linehaul routes for FedEx Ground based out of Nashville and Clarksville, TN. If you're a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent routes and a great work-life balance, we want to hear from you!

💰 Pay & Benefits:

• 65 CPM + Drop & Hook pay
• Weekly pay: $900–$1,300 net average
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
• Home Daily – No overnight stays
• 100% No-touch freight (Drop & Hook only)
• Part-time & flexible schedules available
• Evening dispatch: 8–9 PM start time
• FedEx Ground linehaul runs

✅ Requirements:

• CDL Class A with Doubles Endorsement (Required)
• Must have experience pulling doubles
• Minimum experience:
  • 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving in the last 3 years
  • OR 5 years in the last 10 years
• Clean MVR – No tickets or accidents in past 3 years
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• No at-fault fatal accidents ever
