1. Sustain & manage multiple diversified, new & existing customers across geographies & build sustainable relationship through strong governance & synergized vision
2. Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches
3. Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management
4. Responsible for analyzing and tracking project management elements across the entire portfolio – looking for ways to leverage economies of scale, reduce risk and improve the probability of successfully delivering expected business results
5. Track projects/programs to ensure delivery towards the expected strategic outcome in terms of quality, cost, schedule and scope
6. Lead & work closely with Business Heads / Leads and project managers to understand the resource needs of each project (skills, expertise, timing and numbers from various functions)
7. Supporting individual projects by providing advice and guidance regarding project governance, management and benefits realisation
8. Providing a quality assurance role ensuring that project are well managed and adhering to appropriate standards and good practice
9. Manage a team of 6-7 Transition Managers

Candidate Profile: 

l. Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University

II. 6+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution

III. Experience in large transformation / change management initiatives - Demonstrated track record of benefit delivery

IV. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

V. Exposure to Project Management / consulting preferably in BFSI / ITES industry

VI. International exposure in a services environment and good understanding of business processes

VII. Exposure to handling international customers and managing expectations of internal line managers

VIII. Should have people management experience and have led teams for a considerable period

lX. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

X. Program Management skills with certification from a recognized body (PMP / Prince 2 / MSP) would be an added advantage
