Love's Travel Stops & Country Store's, Inc. is now hiring for the following restaurant management position:
Title: Restaurant General Manager (New Store Lenoir, TN)
Reports To: General Manager
Responsibilities:

Promote restaurant sales growth and profits

Thoroughly train restaurant workforce

Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
-
Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
-
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail

Maintain a highly clean restaurant at all times

Minimum Requirements:
-
3 - 6 years restaurant management experience
-
Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2-$3 million
-
Experience supervising and training 6 - 20 employees
-
Valid driver's license
-
Proven budget and P&L skills
-
PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
-
Ability to lift up to 60-70 lbs.

Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
-
Ability to work a flexible schedule
$50,000 - $60,000 Total Compensation Package!
