Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager/Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate apparel industry, experience with Adobe Illustrator, and the ability to leverage social media for business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms.

- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing custom apparel solutions.

- Work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competitors, and promotional opportunities.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the corporate apparel, screen-printing, or embroidery industry.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software is a plus.

- Experience with social media marketing and digital sales strategies.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Highly motivated, with a drive to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
