ADS IT Solutions is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper with ability to become full time a full-time staff member.
Job Duties Include:
AR Payment Processing
AP Entry and Processing
Sales Tax Administration and Reporting
Payroll Processing thru ADP
Managing Vendor Information & Vendor Invoice Reconciliation
Managing Customer Information
Budget and Cost Reporting
Requirements:
BA in Business Administration or Accountking
3 years Experiance in a simular position
Excellent Organization & Communication Skills
