Accounts Receivable Associate

Frontier Clinical Research, LLC is a growing company, responsible for the facilitation of clinical research trials.  Headquartered in Smithfield, PA, Frontier Clinical Research has grown to cover 6 locations in Southwestern, PA and the Morgantown/Kingwood, WV area.  Frontier Clinical Research is looking for an enthusiastic, determined and detail-oriented employee to serve as an Accounts Receivable Associate in our Finance Department.  We are looking for a motivated individual to add to our growing team.  

Position Summary: Provides accounting support in the Finance Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable functions

• Invoicing and follow up

• Perform Audits

• Reconcile payments 

• Follow up on Payment Discrepancies

• Create Budgets

Education and Experience:

1. High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in finance or accounting
2. Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role is preferred
3. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft preferred, not required.
