Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate WEBEX
- Assist with financial reporting
- Maintain electronic and paper files accordance with file retention procedures
- Organize special projects when needed
- Assist with performance reviews, onboarding and recruiting
- Perform as information resource for staff
- Assist with preparation of invoices, reception coverage, filing and typing
- Be able to document all human resource functions and administrative
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in office support
- Superior in Excel and Access
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
