Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate  WEBEX
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Maintain electronic and paper files accordance with file retention procedures
  • Organize special projects when needed
  • Assist with performance reviews, onboarding and recruiting
  • Perform as information resource for staff
  • Assist with preparation of invoices, reception coverage, filing and typing
  • Be able to document all human resource functions and administrative

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience  in office support
  • Superior in Excel and Access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently  and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
