Apartment Make Ready Positions

Currently accepting resumes for the position of Make Ready positions.
Individuals must be organized and on time each day. Possess the ability to do touch up painting if needed, electrical such as installation of light switches, hanging ceiling fans, changing out oven heating elements etc.. Appliance knowledge IE. refrigerator defrost timers, hanging vent hoods, ability to caulk a straight line, hang mirrors if needed, hang interior doors as needed, replace smoke detectors, replace window panes as needed and possess a sharp eye for excellence and pride in workmanship.
