APARTMENT MANAGER

Our company manages over 20 multifamily apartment complexes throughout the mid-west and south. We are in immediate need of a full time salaried community manager. It is required that the manager lives onsite at the property. Therefore, you must be willing to relocate to the property to be considered for this position BUT we pay for your rent!

The candidate will complete a training program onsite in Kansas City, MO. Expect the company and work environment to be varied but to be fair and responsible to the employees.

The ideal candidate will be assertive, proactive, self-sufficient, urgent, and energetic person. The job will require you to follow rules, policies, and procedures, and hold others accountable to those same standards. These candidates should also appreciate working with people and be adept at getting others to cooperate. We reward people that are willing to relocate.

Competitive salary: $36,000/year
Complementary onsite apartment (valued between $500 and $900 per month depending on the property)
