We have an opportunity for a full-time or part-time Assistant Client Service Representative in-person position at our Brimfield Office to assist and help manage the insurance plans of our clients. Put your skills, knowledge, and energy to work making a positive impact for our clients, growing with our team, and strengthening our community.

Job responsibilities include:

Greet clients, answer and direct phone calls.

Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.

• Participate in our proactive account renewal process.

• Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.

• Claim intake, reporting and follow up.

• Issue insurance binders and Registry documentation, to include processing EVR transactions.

• Input client-initiated policy changes.

• Collaborate and engage with all our team members to provide superior customer service.

We are looking for:

Required-

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• A high energy, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and technology skills.

Preferred-

• College Degree, and or Military experience.
• Insurance service or sales experience.
• Experience using Applied EPIC.
• Experience with RMV procedures and/or EVR.
