DESCRIPTION

The Associate Director of Analytical Cellular Immunology is responsible in helping with the research of DNA based cancer vaccines before developing the products, communicating with internal clients, and collaborating with external clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing vaccinations and program/ project management.
• Working along with external research collaborators and working with internal R&D and clinical groups.
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting information at both internal and external meetings.
• Help with internal study reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

 • Experience in cancer immunology, immunotherapy, molecular, and cell biology, and working with cancer animal models are required.
• Data analysis and in the DNA delivery/ DNA vaccine fields, human immunomonitoring assays (ELISA, ELISPOT, ICS) plus cell culture, neutralizing antibody or other cell based based assays are a plus.
• Ph. D. in immunology, cancer immunotherapy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years post-doctoral or experience in the research industry/ development environment.
• Previous experience with checkpoint inhibitors in preclinical models and cGMPs/ GLPs regulations and FDA CMC Guidance Documents are a plus.
