Position Summary:

This position assists the NetBenefits Department in implementing the NetBenefits module for new and existing clients. This position also provides daily assistance to all NetBenefits clients while performing the duties of Benefits Coordinator.

Essential Functions:

ï‚· Works with new and existing clients to implement the NetBenefits module in the system.

ï‚· Works closely with the Implementation Department to ensure these NetBenefits implementations are set-up correctly and timely.

ï‚· Works with existing NetBenefits clients in helping to set up their annual open enrollments, plan renewals and plan transitions

ï‚· Conducts trainings with new and existing clients to walk them through how to utilize the NetBenefits module.

ï‚· Assists in researching and resolving client uses related to NetBenefits and COBRA, strategizing with COBRA when necessary to assist with this research.

ï‚· Answers incoming client calls related to NetBenefits daily.

ï‚· Assists with any projects related to NetBenefits

ï‚· Assists as back up to COBRA Team in all COBRA related tasks.

ï‚· Keeps abreast of the NetBenefits/COBRA module and changes or development releases that may apply to a NetBenefits/COBRA client.

ï‚· Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients and co-workers to promote a quality service image.

ï‚· Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Special Position Requirements:

ï‚· Some weekend or after hours work is required based on volume level of Implementation Set-Ups.
