Who we are looking for:

We're looking for motivated individuals who is enthusiastic and passionate about travel. You'll excel at providing customer service via phone and email and understand the key is to consistently exceed expectations and provide the customer with the best customer experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements for the position will include:
• Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, options or by arranging for service, by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer emails, voice messages, leads, inquiries and question and answers promptly and effectively.
• Communicated effectively with third party companies in accordance with customer reservations, accommodations' and events.
• Verify customer information and identify special requests and customer needs.
• Ability to communicate with irate customers calmly and professionally through both written and verbal communication.
• Perform follow up emails and calls to ensure customer satisfaction as needed
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely courteous manner
• Update and close any open complaint issues and communicate back to customer or other departments as needed.
• Updates and maintains all necessary records and/or logs. 
• Additional duties as needed

Essential Qualifications:
• 1+ years customer service experience, required, preferrably call center experience
• Proficient computer knowledge, including internet, email and Microsoft Word
• Strong communication skills a must
• Must be able to type 45 words per minute
• Must have the ability to maintain high productivity/activity level
• Must be able to work effectively within a team as well as independently
• Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday), holiday's and weekdays
• Fluent Bilingual Spanish skills (written/reading/speaking) a must!
