About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analytics Intern to support our company’s participation In Bid FTA auctions. This project involves significant in-house strategy discussions, detailed bid preparation, and financial modeling, with the potential to generate 6 figures in gross profits.

You will work directly with senior management to manage data, monitor bid opportunities, analyze pricing models, and assist in executing competitive, well-timed auction entries.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Monitor and maintain a pipeline of relevant Bid FTA opportunities.

·       Prepare and update internal dashboards for auction tracking and bid status.

·       Analyze product cost, delivery timelines, and margin impacts for each bid.

·       Assist in drafting bid documents, attachments, and pricing schedules.

·       Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams on strategy discussions.

·       Support compliance review and documentation for accounting submissions.

·       Maintain organized records of past and current bids in Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

·       Currently pursuing a undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

·       Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data manipulation skills required.

·       Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

·       Strong communication skills and ability to participate in team discussions.

·       Prior experience in Analytical tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

·       Prior exposure to procurement, public auctions, or data-heavy projects is a plus (but not required).

·       Applicants must hold a valid state driver’s license and be available to work on-site at our Erlanger office.
