Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to oversee and drive growth for the Rogers Preferred Program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives that support the program's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Business Growth:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the Rogers Preferred Program.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Forming Relationships with HR departments of large organizations / associations to market our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners to promote the Rogers Preferred Program.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet client needs and align with program objectives.
Program Development and Execution:
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to enhance the program’s visibility and value proposition.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of customized packages and promotional offers for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program implementation and operational excellence.
Financial and Administrative Management:
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses to support decision-making and achieve profitability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all program-related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Rogers Preferred Program or similar corporate initiatives is an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
