Call Center Representative
Lifewatch is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to give our customers the best possible "customer experience" over the phone!
Representative will handle a moderate incoming call volume. Types of calls range from accounts inquiries/changes to customer complaints, and everything in between. Representative will also be responsible for building relationships and securing orders from existing Lifewatch customers, informing them about our new products and promotions, while meeting performance standards, and updating client records in our database.
Required skills and experience:
- Type 50+ wpm
- Min of 1yr customer service/call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle a large number of calls without losing an enthusiastic voice and attitude
- Able to work comfortably in a scripted and supervised environment
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to change

Required Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
11:30am - 8pm
Compensation:
**2 weeks paid training.
Base rate + commission
Earn approximately $32,000-40,000 annually
