Call Center Representative

Simba Seven is looking for the top call center talent for our contractor division in NWA! We are increasing our consultants.

Must be able to follow a script and consult individuals in finding the best job fit. We work with several different divisions and job opportunities. We act as a free consulting company for candidates looking for top jobs in several occupations.

College Degree is preferred but not required.
At least 6 months of call center experience.
Clean record and good references.
Dependable transportation.
Prefer someone to have their own laptop and cell phone. We will work with the right candidate.
We are looking for individuals that want to succeed and will be willing to put in a minimum of 40 hours a week to do it. We are not interested in part time people!

MUST READ: we set each person up as an Agent, much like being a real-estate agent but with much more opportunity to make money! In fact we have several real-estate agents, call center consultants, car salesmen, staffing professionals and many more join our team. We will provide you with a training facility, systems, leads, marketing, and training/consulting. THIS IS not a hourly or salary position, it is 100% commission and incentives. You will hire people weekly and get paid a specific commission on each hire. If you willing to work, you will succeed! Our top performers are averaging 60-130k yearly, and in their first year! An average Agent will hire 2-10 candidates weekly.
