Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – Full‑Time & Part‑Time | 2 PM – 10 PM
Ridgewood Terrace, part of Concord Health Systems, is hiring one Full-Time CMT and one Part-Time CMT for our 2 PM–10 PM shift.

Our Certified Medication Technicians support our residents by safely administering medications, assisting with daily care needs, and supporting our nursing team. This role is essential to maintaining high-quality care and a positive, respectful environment.
What You’ll Do- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Document medication administration according to facility and state requirements
- Report changes in resident condition to the nurse
- Provide resident-focused support and assist with ADLs as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, supportive care environment
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
- Current CMT certification (Kentucky or eligible)
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Professional, respectful communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and CNAs
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Shifts Available
- Full-Time CMT – 2 PM to 10 PM
