Your Role

• Provide high‑quality daily care and assistance to residents
• Support resident comfort, safety, mobility, bathing, feeding, and activities
• Work closely with nurses and other CNAs as part of a strong team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
• Contribute to a resident‑first culture and ongoing facility improvements

Requirements

• Active Kentucky CNA certification
• Dependable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Long‑term care experience preferred but not required
