Assurance Total Protection has had continued success and we are in high-growth mode! We are hiring bright, energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our strong and growing Inside Sales force housed in our new remodeled office dedicated to Sales! If you have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convince people, prove your point, and take control of a conversation over the phone, then this is the sales position for you!

YOU WILL DO: As a Collections Agent at Assurance Total Protection, you will make outbound calls, as well as respond to requests for quotes from potential customers who are interested in buying/learning about our Auto, Home, and Life insurance. Your primary responsibility and goal will be to persuasively convince existing clients to pay their insurance statements now. ** looking for sales reps who have achieved high levels of success in collections & retention.

• Educated, coachable and Sharp – preferably you are a college grad and/or have just a few relevant work experience under your belt... you're ready to secure a sales/collections career with a top-rated company where you will prosper.

• Driven by Success -- You are self-motivated and focused on reaching/exceeding goals, and you have the desire to work in a position where your success will be a direct reflection of your attitude and effort
• A Positive Person -- You typically go through each day maintaining a can-do attitude, and are positive person who doesn't sweat the small stuff.
• Computer Savvy -- You have strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task switching from one screen to another, and able to learn new software programs quickly
• Available to Work -- You are able to work full-time, and don't have any restrictions on your work hours
