Company Private Investigator

A Company Private Investigator is responsible for assigning, conducting, and managing investigations of fraudulent activity in relation to insurance claims and assigning, conducting, and managing investigations into mishaps/ fatalities in order to provide insurance company with details of incidents to aid defense litigation of insurance claims. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

 Expose fraudulent insurance claims or stolen funds.

Observe and document the daily activities of claimants in order to aid insurance adjusters in determining the viability of insurance claims.

Obtain and analyze police reports and professional investigative reports in order to aid insurance adjusters in determining the viability of insurance claims. 

Observe and document the activities of claimants during insurance claim investigations utilizing binoculars and still or video cameras.

Confer with establishment officials, security departments, police, or postal officials to obtain information or provide information in relation to insurance claims.

Testify at hearings and court trials to present evidence in relation to insurance claims.

*Note: Applicant must hold an active Tennessee Private Investigator License.
