DESCRIPTION

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible of maintaining and updating the company about any updates and rules with the federal/ state laws, as well as creating reports for their clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fact gathering for drug sample loses, robberies, hidden shortages, open AOC’s, checking for signature and activities done by sales representatives. Next, turn them into summaries and reports to the clients.
  • Assist Compliance Manager and Compliance Analyst with reports and submissions.
  • Update company’s Rx and DEA drug selection and State Loss/ Theft Reporting Aids Compliance Manager in PDMA requirements on drug sampling and sales representative doings.
  • Help Professional Services and Sample Accountability with federal, state, and client business rules and requirements.
  • Execute daily manual reviews at the most 1,500 applicable client exception orders to guarantee compliance with the federal/ state laws.
  • Check PDMA alliance as well as other Regulatory websites in order to update federal/state laws that could possibly have an outcome on the company/ clients of that company.
  • Research on federal and state examination and reporting necessities, mid-level needed by clients of the company.
  • Assist with preparing material for PDMA auditing, company Regulatory training materials, Training Manager with update/ maintenance to workers training requests, and Compliance Manager with projects and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain client related Regulatory Matters and Compliance files an Document archiving is required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in legal/ compliance either in administrative background/ support work
  • Intermediate – Advance on Microsoft Office
  • Data Processing and Computer Knowledge
  • Quick Learner about Business, Customer Management, and Software/ Systems
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Customer Service and Data Entry Skills
