We are looking for an experienced manufacturing or construction operations professional with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and demonstrated experience mapping, analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes. The successful candidate will translate operational requirements into standardized workflows and effective ERP solutions, leading improvements from assessment through implementation and operational adoption. The successful candidate will have duties such as but not limited to:

  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across estimating, project management, procurement, inventory, production, site operations, job costing, invoicing, and customer service.
  • Map and analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes using Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, and KPIs to standardize work and measure and sustain results.
  • Work directly with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to translate operational requirements into standardized processes and ERP workflows, functionality, data, and system requirements; coordinate configuration, implementation, testing, and optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops and employee training to align teams, support change adoption, and improve system use and data integrity.
  • Engage employees and leaders in continuous improvement, provide practical guidance, and build accountability for lasting results.
  • Present business cases, project updates, and improvement outcomes to senior leadership, supporting strategic planning and organizational growth.
  • Evaluate relevant technologies and best practices, and travel to project sites, manufacturing facilities, and branches as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or operational excellence, with significant practical operational experience in manufacturing or construction.
  • Formal Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification, with demonstrated practical application of continuous improvement methodologies. Black Belt, PMP, or change management certification is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping and analyzing end-to-end AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, identifying inefficiencies, standardizing workflows, and implementing and sustaining measurable improvements.
  • Hands-on ERP experience, including requirements gathering, process-to-system mapping, configuration, implementation, testing, and operational adoption, with a strong understanding of how business processes translate into ERP functionality and data.
  • Proven ability to collaborate directly with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. Experience in production, project execution, supply chain, engineering, or field operations is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
