Controller

Core Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:

1. Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).

2. Ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.

3. Overseeing the financial close process.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Developing and managing the company's budget.

2. Analyzing budget variances and providing explanations.

3. Preparing financial forecasts and projections.

• Accounting Operations:

1. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

2. Overseeing payroll processing and tax compliance.

3. Maintaining accurate accounting records.

• Financial Analysis and Reporting:

1. Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Providing financial insights and recommendations to management.

3. Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Compliance:

1. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. Working with external auditors during audits.

• Leadership and Supervision:

1. Supervising and managing the accounting team.

2. Training and developing accounting staff.

3. Delegating tasks and responsibilities.
