Description

One of the leader in Risk, Claims, & Insurance software provider is looking for Controller/CFO who will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the accounting function, as well as related major transactional processes and Internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of Financial and operational strategy with appropriate matric.

• Process A/R, A/P, General Ledger and ensure accurate bank reconciliation are complete.

• Prepare and achieves budget by scheduling expenditure, collecting, analyzing and consolidate financial data.

• Prepare Payroll, provide financial statement by collecting, interpreting and analyzing financial data, KPI and benchmark.

• Prepares Tax obligations and annual reports and new year’s operational budget.

• Monitors Financial condition by conducting Internal and external Audits.

• Complies with federal state and local legal requirement and filing as per new legalization.

Qualification

• 10 years of working experience with Accounting, MBA or CPA firm. with strong technical US GAAP experience

• Bachelors in Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred

• Experience with internal / external audits

• Knowledge of Financial ERP systems and GAAP
