Counter Sales Administrator - Air Conditioning Company

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person customer service and support for walk-in clients.

• Process sales using Square POS system.

• Issue accurate invoices for each transaction.

• Manage and update inventory control for showroom and warehouse items.

• Assist with order follow-ups and customer inquiries.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized counter area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in counter sales or customer service (preferably in HVAC or home appliances).

• Proficient in Square POS.

• Moderate knowledge of inventory control processes.

• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
