We are currently searching for talented, professional Counterintelligence (C.I.) Screeners to join our team!

About the Job

Individuals will assist the Area Support Group-Kuwait (ASG-KU) by screening all non-U.S. citizens seeking employment or access to any U.S. installation within the Area Support Group-Kuwait (ASG-KU) Area of Operations (AOR).  Other duties include performing functions for the purpose of granting installation access badges to include enrolling all Locally Employed Persons (LEP) in Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT) and conducting LEP/Counterintelligence (CI) screenings; conducting LEP/CI screenings in accordance with applicable regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); maintaining a local CI database of all Other Country Nationals (OCNs) screened through ASG-KU, which will be populated in the BAT database; conducting CI screenings of LEPs upon occurrence of CI indicators during the screening process; and coordinating with the ASG-KU Direct Support CI Detachment in order to effectively support CI operations.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess a final SECRET clearance.
  • Must be US Government school-trained CI Agents or HUMINT Collectors (MOS 35L/35M/0211, AFSC series 7S, NCIS Agent or other Intelligence MOS) and/or may have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Law Enforcement (e.g. Police, Military Police, Criminal Investigation Department, etc.).
  • Must have at least one-year experience conducting CI/HUMINT operations, or LEP screening with preference to the Middle East.
  • Must be culturally aware and knowledgeable of significant enemy activities in the AOR. 
  • Must be very familiar with OPSEC, TARP, LEP screening operations/programs. 
  • Must have knowledge of US Army command structure and protocol. 
  • Must be familiar with the following data processing systems: Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) search engines, and Cell phone exploitation (CELLEX) kit.
