New England Treatment Access, Inc. (NETA) is one of Massachusetts’s first medical marijuana dispensary provisional license holders. Our mission is to support the health and wellbeing of registered qualifying Massachusetts medical marijuana patients.  We plan to build a first class organization and have already recruited some of the most experienced professionals in the field.  Our main cultivation site is located in Franklin, MA.  

Experience: There are a vast number of experiences that may be valuable in this position!  These may range from:

• landscaping, groundskeeper,
• kitchen, line cooks, or hospitality,
• plant cultivation, greenhouses, nurseries, farms,
• maintenance, detailed construction, plumbing, sprinkler systems
• other labor related experience

Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.  Additional degree related or equivalent field experience preferred, yet not required.

Responsibilities: Assisting in the growing and cultivation of medical marijuana.  This will be accomplished by performing various tasks in the cultivation process, including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays and maintenance, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management.  This is a very “hands on” role in all aspects of the cultivation process. 

Physical capability: Indoor growing environment.  Must have clear, verbal communications, stand for prolonged periods of time, and perform computer operations. Ability to handle stress in performing multiple tasks. Ability to lift 70lbs unassisted.

Skills: Excellent verbal and inter-personal communication skills.  Must have the ability to multi-task and develop superior horticultural skills.  Ability to work as a team member, be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail.
