Custom Sales Team Manager
Local Veteran owned apparel company is seeking a Custom Sales Team Manager.
A successful Custom Sales Team Manager will grow the profit and revenue of the custom sales department by identifying opportunities and overseeing the changes and processes that are put in place.
Duties and responsibilities
Meet daily with the sales representatives and Director of Sales

Meet with the artist and production to schedule dates of prints

Work one on one with the sales representatives to identify potential customers and growth opportunities

Meet customers with the sales representatives

Set goals and quotas for the sales representatives

Set up meetings with local and domestic organizations

Train and manage custom sales team members

Assist and support the Director of Sales
Qualifications
-
College degree preferred and/or Military equivalent of experience
-
Highly organized
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

The ability to work flexible hours

Must be an outgoing and very personable person and engaging with employees and customers.

The ability to negotiate

2+ years of management experience preferred
-
5+ years of sales experience
