Description:

Preform order Management facilitation and administrative/customer service duties to support sales team.  

Responsibilities

Supports sales team in all roles of sales upkeep like generating quotations, tracking orders from inception to completion service and installation with operations personnel, contacting vendors and clients, ordering samples. Obtain and evaluate Vendor Acknowledgements for accuracy. Determinate resolution and interfaces with other departments to meet customer needs. Contribute in all aspects of bids and proposals. Independently interact with clients and troubleshooting.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience  in customer service/administrative
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication oral and written skills
  • Proficiency in software and computers
  • B2b experience
  • Furniture experience (preferred)
