Customer Service Representative

-Personal Lines CSR needed by busy Oak Ridge Insurance Agency-

Roles and Responsibilities - will interact with clients to service their policies, make policy changes, take premium payments, review and manage policies, advise clients on proper coverage and sell additional policies where applicable.

Experience and Educational Requirements - High school diploma required.  Strong customer service skills a must.  P&C license preferred but not required.  Experience in customer service or an account manager position preferred but not required.
