Data Entry
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess all customer chargeback/dispute transactions
- Gather necessary information on customer order/account
- Respond to requests from bank/credit card companies via efax
- Record and report disputes and resolutions
- Monthly trend analysis
Required Experience/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Typing
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fax/Scan machine operation
- Adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Prioritization
- Work well independently
Experience with this type of work is NOT necessary
Compensation:
- $13.00 hourly
- Paid time off
