Designated Manager/Designated Coordinator
Overview: The Designated Manager oversees the overall management and oversight of the licensed program, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the program's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures.

Manage the program's daily operations, including supervision of staff.

Ensure that services provided meet the needs of individuals served.

Coordinate with the Designated Coordinator to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, education, or health, and at least one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older; or

An associate degree in a related field and two years of full-time work experience; or
-
A diploma in a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience; or

A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities, and four years of full-time work experience under supervision.
