Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator (AI & Automation)
We are seeking a highly organized and forward-thinking Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator to support and enhance our digital presence, customer journey, and internal systems.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hands-on, curious, motivated to grow, and who enjoys working at the intersection of digital marketing, user experience, and technology. You’ll play a key role in improving how we connect with families online while helping introduce automation and AI-driven efficiencies across the organization.

What you’ll do:
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Maintain and improve website content and functionality within our CMS, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand standards
- Support digital marketing efforts across SEO, social media, and paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads)
- Coordinate content updates, social media scheduling, and campaign tracking
- Work with external partners on website improvements and digital initiatives
- Monitor performance and flag opportunities for improvement
Customer Experience (CX)
- Help monitor and improve the customer experience across digital touchpoints (website, forms, communications)
- Identify usability issues and recommend practical improvements
- Ensure consistency and clarity across digital content and interactions
AI, Automation & Digital Systems
- Support the implementation of automation and AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency
- Build and maintain simple automated processes using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Google Workspace
- Assist in creating and maintaining internal tools such as trackers, dashboards, and connected spreadsheets
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve processes
Project & Operational Support
- Coordinate and track tasks across digital and operational projects
- Maintain internal systems (Planner, SharePoint, logs) to ensure visibility and organization
- Support meetings and projects by organizing materials and tracking follow-ups
- Assist with basic technology coordination and liaise with IT providers when needed
What you’ll bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, administration, systems coordination, or a related role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Experience updating websites using a CMS
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics (SEO, ads, analytics)
- Interest in or exposure to automation tools or AI technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable with evolving responsibilities, ad hoc requests, and supporting special projects
- Clear background check

What we offer:
- Starting wage of $30.00/hour
- Monday to Friday, in-office (8:30am – 4:30pm)
- Uniform provided on day one
