Beaumont Health Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility proudly serving the Beaumont community, is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who is passionate about resident-centered care, staff development, and clinical excellence.

We are looking for a strong clinical leader who can foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive work culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

• Provide oversight and leadership for all nursing department functions

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs, policies, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS standards

• Lead and support quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluation for nursing team

• Promote effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff

• Foster a resident-first culture of care, accountability, and clinical integrity

• Current and active RN license in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 2 years in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care/skilled nursing

• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including DADS, CMS, and infection control protocols

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for coaching and mentoring staff while ensuring a high standard of care
