DESCRIPTION

The Director of Operations will be responsible for the facility’s deliveries, driving major business metrics, clinician maintenance, and maintaining internal and external relationships.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring implementation on key business models, continuous staff improvement, and clinician capability for patient care and outcomes such as recruiting, FTE spreadsheets, analyzing salary, and contract labor.
  • Monitoring key business and clinical metrics.
  • Creating and executing action plans for financial, market, and staff growth.
  • Assisting in CODs and ADOs.
  • Meeting NPER/ NPS goals.
  • Resolving all customer and center problems within at least 36 hours.
  • Mentoring and leading operations leaders in business metrics, patient/ customer satisfaction, center management in order to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
  • Review key indicator reports.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 6 years’ experience of direct management in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of personnel recruitment, arithmetic, and Microsoft Office.
