New England Treatment Access (NETA), a Medical Marijuana dispensary,  is seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) Dishwasher for our Franklin, MA facility.

About us:  New England Treatment Access, Inc. (NETA) is one of Massachusetts’s first medical marijuana dispensary provisional license holders. Our mission is to support the health and well-being of registered qualifying Massachusetts medical marijuana patients.  We are building a first class organization and have some of the most experienced professionals in the field.  Our main cultivation site is located in Franklin, MA, and we have Dispensary locations in Northampton and Brookline, MA.   More information can be found at www.netacare.org/careers.                                                                                                                                                                      Requirements:                                                                   

Experience:  1-2 years of experience in custodial and/or janitorial duties.  Ability to accurately read and interpret directions and instructions in English.  Ability to calculate and document weights and % measures.  Passionate about the importance of Medical Marijuana.

 

Education: HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.  Additional degree related experience preferred, yet not required.

 

Responsibilities: Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations;Work closely with MIP – Kitchen and Lab staff to ensure workflow in the MIP; Ensures clean and dry dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other related products at all time; Accurately and safely uses cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled and stored correctly; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in cleaning; Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity;Assists MIP staff with stocking, product storage, cutting, and packaging as needed; All other job duties as assigned.

 

Physical capability: Indoor commercial environment.  Must have clear, verbal communications, stand and/or for prolonged periods of time, and requires close hand eye coordination and bending and stooping throughout the day. Ability to handle stress in managing productivity and accuracy.  Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted.

 

 

Skills:  Must have the ability to focus and be task oriented.  Ability to handle stress, work well fragile glassware and products.  Ability to work as a team member, be organized and have extreme attention to detail.
