Able and Ready Transportation Inc. is a trusted transportation provider committed to safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking responsible and professional drivers to join our growing team.

The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of passengers to and from their destinations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer care.

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
  
  

• Transport passengers to assigned destinations in a timely and courteous manner
  
  

• Assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles when needed
  
  

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
  
  

• Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly
  
  

• Maintain accurate trip records and required documentation
  
  

• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with F endorsement
  
  

• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required which also includes fingerprinting
  
  

• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
  
  

• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
  
  

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
