Enrollment Solutions has an immediate opening for an Employee Benefits Enroller to join our growing team in Lyndhurst, NJ.  An Employee Benefits Enroller is responsible for meeting with our clients in a one on one, private setting at the workplace to discuss benefits options available through their employers benefit package. 

We’re looking for professional individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn and grow within our team.

We are a leader in worksite marketing. We work with employers and their employees to provide benefit solutions in one neat package: benefits communication, enrollment services, and personal insurance products.

As an Employee Benefits Enroller, you’re more than a salesperson – you’re a counselor and consultant for hard-working Americans, helping them protect what they’ve worked hard to earn.

Enrollment Solutions will provide training, support and competitive compensation and incentives to help you grow and be successful.  

This is a paid W2 position consisting of a competitive salary, bonus, and commission structure.

Desired Skills : 

• Strong communication skills to deliver our benefits communication and education to employees
• Team mentality, must be able to work closely with team members to complete assignments
• Ability to travel to job sites as required (travel compensated)
• Life & Health license is required but can be attained through Enrollment Solutions
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
