Event Production Manager

The Part-Time Event Production Manager oversees all aspects of CAC hospitality rentals, serving as the main point of contact for clients and staff before, during, and after events. This role ensures smooth operations, manages logistics, and supervises bar and event teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

Position Title: Event Production Manager
Reports To: Director of Sales & Events

       Key Responsibilities

• Lead all client communications and coordinate event logistics

• Supervise bar and event staff, including the Part-Time Bar Supervisor

• Conduct pre-event briefings and assign opening/closing duties

• Ensure events are set and ready 15 minutes before start time

• Maintain inventory, facility assets, and cleanliness

• Track and report expenses, inventory use, staffing, and billing

• Enter vendor invoices and manage alcohol inventory records

• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety protocols

• Oversee payroll for bar and event staff

• Complete incident reports and log communications

• Perform additional duties as assigned

  Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 3 years in event management, bar service, or facility operations

• Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience preferred

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure with attention to detail

  Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs

• Comfortable in loud or outdoor environments

• Proficient with standard office equipment
