Greenhouse Labourer

Rubicon Holdings Corp. is seeking dependable and hardworking Greenhouse Farm Workers to join our team in Delta, BC. In this role, you'll assist with various greenhouse operations including planting, harvesting, cleaning, and general crop maintenance. No previous experience is necessary—we provide full training.

This is a hands-on, physically active position suited for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty in support of high-quality agricultural production.

Key Responsibilities

Plant, irrigate, fertilize, and spray greenhouse crops

Harvest seedlings and clean crops and greenhouse areas

Mix and prepare soil and fertilizers

Perform general farm and maintenance duties as needed

Work Environment

Greenhouse setting

Outdoor and indoor crop handling

Standing for extended periods

Attention to detail in repetitive tasks

Public transportation not available; own transportation required

Qualifications

No degree, certificate, or diploma required

No experience necessary training provided

Basic English required; Spanish considered an asset

Strong teamwork and reliability are essential
