Fence Installer - Lead

â—      Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking an experienced full-time Lead fence installer.

Typical work week is Monday to Thursday from 7am to 6pm, and some Fridays. Work consists of building all types of fencing to include vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link.

All essential tools, truck and trailer provided.

Pay ranges $18-25 per hour based on experience.

Minimum requirements:

â—      At least five (5) years of fence or construction experience

â—      One (1) year of demonstrated leadership experience leading crews

â—      Possess a valid KS or MO driver’s license

â—      Pass background check

â—      Pass drug screening

â—      Reliable transportation

â—      Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat

Preferred skills:

â—      Fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry experience

â—      Attention to detail

â—      Excellent customer service is a must

â—      Excellent Organization/Time-Management

â—      Ability to learn and follow the Superior Fence & Rail process for building fences
