SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Electronic Gaming Floor Attendant ensures guest satisfaction and assists in fulfilling objectives and goals within the Electronic Gaming Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following are examples only and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive; other duties may be assigned as necessary. Requirements for this position are necessary for us to reach our fullest potential in providing a superior entertainment experience to our guests.

  • Performs all functions in accordance with applicable laws and gaming regulations, the mission statement, and objectives of the The Cold Spot, LLC. as well as established policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Meets and exceeds the attendance policies and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies at The Cold Spot, LLC.

  • Provides excellent guest service by being hospitable and friendly to all Cold Spot / Wild Bill's guests and fellow employees.

  • Performs assigned EGD department activities in accordance with the policies and procedures described by The Cold Spot, LLC.

  • Acts as a host and answers guest concerns and questions. Able to effectively communicate to all guests.

  • Communicates with supervisors and team members.

  • Removes and clear jams, refill tickets, and provides preventative maintenance to EGD machines.

  • Maintains working relationship and assists the EGD Technician

  • Responsible for serving food and drinks to guests.

  • Redeem Cashout Tickets for guests, make change, etc.
  • Recognizes and uses EGD codes and pay out combinations.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary or assigned by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or ability required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be available to work any shift in a 24 hour/ 7 days operational work week including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work long hours under stressful conditions.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED Certificate.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to count and verify various sums of money: coin/cash by adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying.
